EN15194 is where the future of where legistlation has been annouced to be heading nationally. The bike is completely locked and can not be tampered with.
EPAC has the ability to be tampered with. Parents can create pin codes block access to setting changes. Any modifications to settings will make the bike no longer compliant in South Australia.
